Dedicated to Goddess Parvathi, the Swayamvara Parvathi Mantra, also called Swayamvara Kala Mantra, is a great way to worship her in order to seek relief from difficulties in marriage and relationships.
Sage Durvasa gave this sacred fifty-lettered Om Hreem Yogini Yogini Yogeshwari mantra to Goddess Parvathi in her form as Girija to fulfil her desire to marry Lord Shiva.
Alongside this Mantra, there are several mantras in the Hindu Mantra Shastra, such as the Katyayani Mantra, Mangala Gowri, and Kameshwari Mantra, that aid in securing a good marriage and a harmonious married life.
Among them, the Swayamvara Parvati mantra gained importance because the Devi herself recited it during her great penance.
Whether you face hidden obstacles, marriage delays, partner misunderstandings, unknown fears, or growing emotional distance, this mantra works like a charm to resolve them all.
Not just for the above issues; it is also chanted to find a good husband or wife and invites blessings upon one’s marriage and married life.

Swayamvara Parvathi Mantra Lyrics and Meaning
ॐ ह्रीं योगिनि योगिनि योगेश्वरि योगेश्वरि योगभयङ्करि सकल स्थावर जङ्गमस्य मुखं हृदयं मम वशमाकर्षयाकर्षय स्वाहा॥
Oṃ Hrīṃ Yogini Yogini Yogeśvari Yogeśvari Yogabhayaṅkari Sakala Sthāvara Jaṅgamasya Mukhaṃ Hṛdayaṃ Mama Vaśamākarṣaya-Ākarṣaya Svāhā॥
Meaning: Om. O Devi, reciting the Hrim Bija, which represents the power of illusion and divine energy, I invoke you.
O the yogini, the supreme female adept of the Yoga. The one in the form of Devi Yogeswari, the Goddess of Yogic powers (repetitions are reinforcements of divine authority). The one called Yogabhayankari, whose yogic powers are supreme and formidable.
By your power, may the face and heart of all immovable and movable beings (indicating speech, movements, inner being) come under my influence. May they all get attracted and drawn towards my influence. Please accept my offerings
Japa Sankhya for this Mantra
For mastery of this mantra, the prescribed Japa Sankhya (count) is 4,00,000 (0.4 million). Although some practitioners suggest 1,00,000, Mantra Shastra texts such as the Mantra Mahodadhi mention the details as jape lakshya-chatushkam, which means four lakhs.
However, in keeping with the sishtachara tradition, a count of one lakh can be used.
For general puja purposes, recite it for 16, 108, or 1008 times daily.
Mantra Sadhana
The sadhana begins with the sankalpa, followed by Devi Dhyana and Manasopachara Puja. Later comes the Peetha Puja, and Devi Puja with the prescribed upacharas.
The sadhaka then performs the Avarana Puja, for which the Swayamvara Kala Yantra Puja must be carried out.
The puja begins at the centre of the yantra and proceeds outward to all the avarana devi devatas.
The Swayamvara Parvathi Mantra Japa requires the practitioner to recite the saptangas, perform nyasa, and proceed with Dhyana and Japa. This routine is followed daily until the prescribed Japa count is completed.
Once the sadhaka completes the entire Japa count, they must perform the Dasamsa homa using milk porridge as the Dravya and continue with the yantra puja after homa for the mastery of this Mantra.
Benefits of Swayamvara Parvathi Mantra
The Swayamvara Parvathi Mantra is filled with energy and is also associated with the Devi’s Yogini and Yogeswari forms, which are known as high-energy-filled divine forms. Also, this is the mantra used by Maa Parvathi during her penance.
This makes it a very powerful one for love, attraction, astrological afflictions, and marriage-related problems.
Regular chanting of this mantra helps calm the emotions of the devotees, improving understanding between life partners, and bringing stability for marital bliss.
For those who chant it while unmarried, it brings a good, wealthy partner and divine blessings for married life.
