इन्द्रादित्य नराधिपं सुरगुरुं त्रैलोक्य चूडामणिं
ब्रह्मा विष्णु शिवस्वरूपहृदयं वन्दे सदा भास्करम् ॥
Sūryaṃ Sundara-loka-nātham Amṛtaṃ Vedānta-sāraṃ Śivam
Jñānaṃ Brahma-mayaṃ Sureśam Amalaṃ Lokaika-cittaṃ Svayam ।
Indrāditya-narādhipaṃ Sura-guruṃ Trailokya-cūḍāmaṇiṃ
Brahmā-viṣṇu-śiva-svarūpam-hṛdayaṃ Vande Sadā Bhāskaram ॥
Meaning: I bow to Lord Surya, the one who is the beautiful Lord of the world and the equivalent of the divine nectar, the very essence of the Vedanta, and the auspicious one.

हरितहयरथं दिवाकरं कनकमयंभुज रेणुपञ्जरम् ।
प्रतिदिनमुदये नवं नवं शरणमुपैहि हिरण्यरेथसिम् ॥
देदीप्यमानमकुटं मणिकुण्डमण्डितम् ।
ध्याये सहस्रकिरणं स्तोत्रमेव मुदीरयेत् ॥
Harita-haya-rathaṁ Divākaraṁ Kanakamayaaṁbhuja Reṇu Pañjaram ।
Pratidinam Udaye Navaṁ-Navaṁ Śaraṇam Upaihi Hiraṇya-rethasim ॥
Dedīpyamāna-makuṭaṁ Maṇi-kuṇḍa-maṇḍitam ।
Dhyāye Sahasra-kiraṇaṁ Stotram Eva Mudīrayet ॥
Meaning: O the one whose chariot gets drawn by green horses, the maker of the day (Lord Divakara), whose form is like a structure made from the golden pollen of lotuses.
Every day at sunrise, you look ever-new and fresh. I seek your refuge. Indeed, I approach you, one with golden essence.
The Lord who is adorned with a brilliantly shining crown and gem-studded earrings
I meditate on you, the one with a thousand rays. Your hymns of praise should be recited reverently.
