How and When to Chant this Mantra
Brahma Muhurat, the early period before sunrise, is the most auspicious time for reciting the Mantra. However, one can recite at any point in time.
The Hanuman Gayatri Mantra is recited 16, 21, or 108 times daily. If you wish to recite 108 times, using a Japa mala can help to maintain the focus and count.
If possible, chant the Japa or repetitions in front of a Hanuman idol or image or by visualising Hanuman’s form in mind.
